Arya Worshipper’s Story
Arya, my heroine, and Christopher Paolini, my hero, you have changed my life in a way that I could not have wished for in a million years as an Eldunari.
From the time that the Shade and the Urgals attack Arya, to the time when she says goodbye to Eragon and Saphira with Firnen, she has inspired me in every way possible.
I speak now to Arya Dröttning. Arya, I can not, in any language whatsoever, put into words how much you and your creator have done for me. It is thanks to you both that I have taken many more chances that I otherwise would have regretted not taking, and so I have dedicated my life to being as good a friend and mentor as you are to Eragon. Eka elrun ono, Arya svit-kona.
Paolini, your world has influenced mine in so many wonderful ways. Although I have not yet come acress any Dragons, I now view the world from a completely different and more whole perspective.
I have always loved nature and animals, and what Eragon felt during his time in the minds of the animals made me feel even more strongly (if that was possible) about animal safety and my vegetarianism, although I have to admit that the dragons' eating habits did occasionally disgust me slightly...
The world, for me, is a more beautiful place now, as I know Alagaesia and everyone you created are out there somewhere.
Christopher, your writing was and still is music to my ears, every book, every chapter, every word. Your world will live forever in me. If anyone truly deserves to be a Shur'tugal, it is you.
My true name, although I do not know it, I am sure has changed much since I started reading your cycle, and I am sure that you will continue to influence me.
With the magic that you gave me through your writing is proof that the stars truly watch over all of us.
Eka elrun ono, Christopher-elda-elda-elda-elda-elda-elda-elda-elda-elda-elda-elda-elda.
I would love to read anything you write in the future, even if it's just one sentence!
Love from Arya Worshipper (Aged 13)
I see Potterheads but I don't see any Shur'tugal 😔
