4. what are you looking forward to?
Well tomorrow I’m going on a second hang out type thing so that is something I am looking forward to, but other than that I’d say Tanzania, that’s just under 3 months away now.
18. do you miss how things were a year ago?
I miss being moved out and living with one of my best friends in the whole entire world, but that’s about it.
26. idol(s)
Amy Poehler, Beyoncé, My Brother
27. things i hate
When people force their opinion on me, being ditched, not being appreciated
34. most embarrassing moment
Ouf. That’s a tough one. I did and said some pretty embarrassing stuff this year at my birthday.
56. favourite food(s)
BREAKFAST. Anything that has to do with breakfast is my fave.
I don’t really know how to answer 60? But thank you for always talking with me and asking me stuff :)
3, 4, 6, 18, 29, 45, 72
3. Last text message
This is the last one I received:
"You don’t have placement next week right? Does this mean we can go to homo hump night?"
The last one I sent is:
"You suck. Okay, we’ll find another day"
4. Last song you listened to
I Follow Rivers- Lykke Li
6. Dated someone twice
Yeah b, that is a thing that has happened. Sometimes I say I wouldn’t date them again but part of me thinks that if they asked me again I might say yes.
18. Met someone who changed you
Definitely. I can think of two people, one from camp and one from school. And also Beyoncé, imma count her too. But honestly, I feel like a lot of my close friends leave some sort of lasting impact or change me in some small little way.
29. Name something you CANNOT wait for
TO GO TO TANZANIA AND CAMP ACROSS THE SERENGETI
I don’t see a 45 on the list!? and now I am v confused.
72. Nice stomach or nice arms
Probs arms, I mean a stomach is always nice but like abs are kinda scary? Or is that just me?

The Question Post Thing
Rule one: always post the rules Rule two: answer the questions the person who tagged you asked and write 11 new ones Rule three: tag people and link them to the post Rule four: actually tell them you tagged them So, shinycelebrityskin asked me..... 1. In your opinion, who is the greatest person ever and why? Casey Neistat - the youtuber. He lives in nyc and goes on adventures all over the world and makes the most of his life. that's pretty cool. 2. What’s your all time favorite song? Vienna - Billy Joel. 3. Did/Do you enjoy high school? It was okay but nothing spectacular. College is better. 4. What is your dream career? Something like Casey Neistat does. Nothing boring. A travel journalist or a writer maybe. 5. Can you suggest a good book for me to read? Tuesdays With Morrie by Mitch Albom. It taught me a lot and its honest. 6. What makes you the happiest? Days where i don't have to do anything but lie in my warm bed. Its 10x better with friends. 7. What is your favorite animal? I'm guessing large aquatic mammals don't count? If they do then beluga whales, otherwise baby seals because they're cute and chubby. 8. What are you scared of the most? Being buried alive in a coffin or just small spaces. Or big empty spaces. 9. Do you have any regrets? Drifting from my friends for a while but that's better now. And not working more in high school, now i can't motivate myself to work at college at all and it sucks hahahaha 10. What do you think the world will be like in 2020? Probably pretty much the same but everyone will have iphone 15's and we'll be old. weird. 11. What is your favorite possession? I'd have to say either my book collection (if that counts) or the stuffed toy dog called Rufus i had since i was little. My questions: 1. If you could have one do-over what would it be? Would you do it at all? 2. What are two things you like about yourself? 3. Name someone and say something you like about them. Or dislike. 4. Suggest me a good album / artist to listen to. 5. What is one quote you live by? 6. Would you rather be rich and lonely, or surrounded by friends and poor? 7. Have you ever done something nice for a complete stranger? 8. Talk about the weirdest dream you had lately. 9. Are you watching any tv series right now? Can you recommend any? 10. Do you read the books or wait for the film? Which do you prefer? And now i tag: itineran-t fuck-as-fresh rocketsneakers shut-up-nerds sexualtactics hope-is-missed
which chromebook did you get? what would you rate it out of 100?
I got the Samsung Chromebook, the one that’s $250.00
I freaking ADORE this computer, but I’ll give it a 90/100 because it’s got a learning curve and it’s not for everybody.
A few details:
if you are uncomfortable with cloud storage, DO NOT GET THIS COMPUTER. It comes with a 2-year subscription to 100gigs of Google Drive, and is compatible with other cloud storage services as well. The computer just doesn’t have a ton of hard space. It’s not supposed to. So if you download a bunch of things that you need to have in real life and not online… probably not for you.
Seriously, EVERYTHING IS ONLINE. THIS IS IMPORTANT. There are some offline-mode apps, but pretty much the computer is only worth using long-term if you have wifi or 3/4G access constantly.
There are no programs in the sense of a Mac or Windows computer program. Everything is apps you get from the Chrome store. Most of these are just shortcuts to web extensions that operate in Chrome.
That is not to say that you can’t do full-featured things on this computer. Google Docs has evolved to be an excellent word processor that meets most of my needs as a student, occasional would-be writer, and soon-to-be preacher who has to study/plan/write devotionals and sermons. There is also a pretty well-featured in-browser photo editor for those who enjoy that sort of thing. I have no idea of the giffing or vidding properties of the chromebook because I possess precisely zero skill in either of these endeavors
Don’t expect to be playing games that aren’t app-style, though. You aren’t going to find Sims for Chromebook, for example.
It’s lightning fast, super easy to set up, relatively intuitive (the tutorial is quite easy to pick up on) and performs well for everything I’ve tried so far—word processing, video streaming, music, web browsing, etc.
There’s not a caps lock button, which if you shout a lot online like I do will take some getting used to (you push alt+magnifying glass to achieve the same effect)
basically, the bottom line is that if you have ready access to the internet and a bunch of media/consuming devices (like smartphone, tablet) and mostly need a computer for the full, non-mobile web browser and the word processing capabilities, maybe a few other things, this is a definite great deal and I’m thrilled with it so far. If you need something that’s for gaming, aggressive art-ing, etc .… you probably want something more robust.
1, 18, 23, 35, 43 :)
1. Any scars?
More than I can count. Some I’m proud of, some I’ve had to accept and live with, but yeah a lot of scars.
18. Obsession?
I would usually answer Beyoncé, but right now it’s Tanzania and learning Swahili because I’ll be spending a month there next year!!!
23. Favorite song?
Well my top played on my itunes is totally “Love on Top” by Beyoncé, so I’d say that.
35. Do you wish you could ever start over?
I used to. But then I realized that everything I have been through up until now has made me who I am, and I love who I am so I’d say no.
43. Relationship status?
Currently seeing a guy named Emmett and he’s pretty rad.
Thanks for the ask Emily! You da best, helping me procrastinate too.
