Fic idea time! I've always tossed around this idea that since Shane is so protective of Ryan at locations, Ryan starts thinking - hey, I'm not some damsel in distress! I don't need you to be all romantic hero! But then it sort of inspires him to cook up this romance novel idea and - as a joke - writes it. And, one night on a drunken whim, sends it in for publication. And ~surprise~ it's successful! Thankfully he wrote it under a fake name but now the publisher wants more and the money?(1/)
OH, RYAN.
I can imagine him being a little stressed while trying to meet a deadline and writing like crazy every change he gets while filming supernatural and Shane is like, “what you got there, dude?” and he is just trying his best to hide everything form him without knowing Shane has the suspicion a fan just wrote a whole series of books about them he reads between work, too.
This is such a good idea, I feel like something hilarous and cute could be done with it. I hope you get to write it because it’s really fun already!
