what are sibbies and siblings in the agere community?
Sibbies (sometimes referred to as "sibs") and siblings as terms in the agere community generally mean the same thing. Keep in mind though that when someone in the community uses the word sibling, they might be talking about a biological (or adoptive) sibling and not the agere term (although your biological/adoptive sibling can also be your agere sibbie)
Taken from an answer I wrote a while ago:
From what I understand, a sibbie is a fellow age regressor who acts kinda like a sibling (like how a caregiver may act like a parent). Sibbies may or may not have the same caregiver(s). A big sib will typically act kinda like an older sibling, and depending on their regressed age they could also take care of their younger sib(s), just like big siblings may look after their younger siblings. The main difference between a big sib and a caregiver is that where a big sib acts more like an older sibling, a caregiver acts more like a parent/parental figure. If the big sib regresses to a high age, they might also be the younger sibs caregiver in some cases.
