People actually underestimate how bad can a sibling rivalry be and even more if you are twins because essentially you have a version of yourself that is simply better.

i have a twin sister and I hate myself for saying this but I hate her. I honestly do.

And the worst thing is, that there is nothing you can do about it. I’m forced to spent with her 24/7 and where I go, she goes.

Been doing my shadow work intensely for a few months

Spirit guides kept telling me there was something I was missing

And I basically just spent an hour and half with my family at breakfast me and my siblings talking about how we felt not treated equally and our feelings and shit

We have never done that before and I’m nos understanding that I keep to myself wayyyy too much and should be communicating my needs and my feelings more because they were for the most part ready to hear it and change behaviors or explain if needed

Holy shit I’m emotionally exhausted but I feel like centuries worth of burdens were melted off my shoulders

If any of you struggles with your family, I think you should express it to them when they do something you don’t like .My life would have been much simpler if I weren’t born as a kid who just absorbed implicit messages from my parents which weren’t even meant to be there in the first place.At least now we all know we have communication issues, and might even try family therapy later on.
