Missing DOAI Sitcom Au SicFic

My buddy, @grape-of-agayte, has been looking for a sitcom au fic. it was a Sicfic where Alex got sick and Clyde had to sneak into a pharmacy to get them medicine while wearing a bad disguise. Other details they mentioned included:
