Tianze Dumpling House is Top 10 in the Metro Cheap Eats again. Owner Chef Levi Sun is over the moon with this second accolade. I decided to try non-dumpling dishes: steamed chicken with sour & spicy sauce plus dried bean curd, black fungus & celery salad. The steamed chicken sure packed a Sichuan punch but this was offset by a cool bean curd salad which had a finely balanced dressing of soy, sesame oil and Chinese black vinegar.
