for a second he doesn’t register he was being offered something, his eyes being slightly gazed. when he notices the cough he smiles and is about to say something but ends up coughing again. after sipping some of the brew (green was definitely not his favorite but it’s what he had right now) his head nodded a pinch. his voice was soft, held back by whatever was afflicting him. “Thanks. it seems like this is just a normal virus, so i should be good by tomorrow..” even as he was talking, his eyes were blinking closed and it was somewhat obvious it was a mild effort to stay awake.
