Sick prank on Widowmaker’s lost twin sister, Ashi. Aysh. Haesh. What’s the point of the e if that’s gonna be silent and not make changes of the name? Hehe.
I’ll See You Soon
“Hey John, how are you? How are things up there with the big guy?” I asked with a weak laugh following.
A cold, stony glare was my only response as I let a few tears escape. My husband, John Laurens had been shot in South Carolina by British forces who hadn’t received the news that the war was over. His death left my helpless. Drowning in my thoughts at night as I lay awake, yearning for his warm embrace.
The clutches of sleep have abandoned me, ever since he passed. Nightmares infected my every dream and shoved me back into reality even when I finally fell into the abyss. I would awake in a cold sweat, not being able to go back to sleep.
During the day, the frown never left my eyes, hidden behind faux smiles and happiness. Lunches and dinners were never the same as before. John’s light hearted conversations and random admittances of his love weren’t present at the table anymore. Down time was spent with him at the grave or holed up in the library, contemplating meeting him again soon.
Something wet savagely ripped me out of my thoughts as I realized clouds had crowded the sky and was introducing a large storm. “My love, I’m sorry that I must leave so soon as I do not wish to get sick in this rain.” I stated, turning away from the large stone.
It was always hard to depart from the old cemetery, no matter how often I had to do it. “I love you, John. I’ll see you soon.”
The walk back to the estate was a gloomy one. I ended up getting rained on anyway and was soaked to the bone once I arrived. Today had been an especially hard and I needed to sleep. Although I knew that wouldn’t happen. Trudging up the stairs toward the library, I passed by the cleaning supply closet and stopped. I would see him soon.
Getting the bleach was not difficult. The decision of downing it was not difficult either. It burned my throat and stung my insides. A small, genuine smile graced my face before all went black and the poison set in.
“I’ll see you soon my love.”

Lebanon arrests 'prankster' for threatening to behead children (video)
BEIRUT, Sept 13, 2014:
Lebanese police have arrested a man who staged a sick prank by filming himself threatening to behead three Syrian refugee children left in his care, a security official told AFP today.
The video, which was posted on YouTube yesterday and shared widely, shows the three terrified children crying as a man standing behind a camera waves a knife and asks: “Whom do we behead first?”
Adding to the pathos of the incident, the crying children respond by pointing at each other.
A security official said the video proved to be a “sick joke”, and that the children had been left in the man’s care by their mother, his neighbour, while she went to buy groceries.
“The intelligence branch of the Internal Security Forces has detained the man who made the video,” said the police official, adding that the incident had taken place in the southern Nabatiyeh province.
While describing the incident as “an isolated incident”, the official said the video was yet another sign of the effect of the Syrian war on Lebanese society.
Lebanon hosts more than 1.1 million Syrian refugees, and fighting related to the conflict frequently breaks out in the tiny country.
Last month, jihadists took a number of Lebanese soldiers and police hostage after battles with them. They subsequently beheaded two of the soldiers, and widely distributed images of their corpses.
“We call on everyone to make sure we maintain our awareness, but of course this video shows the depth of the impact of the Syrian crisis,” said the police official.
“People are affected by seeing images of beheadings, and some people will start to imitate them. Poor children, they were terrified,” he added.
