Wrestling World: January 1992
One of the other nice things about Wrestlemania is how much it clearly means for Ax and Smash to be in the hall of fame, and that Seth, the man with down syndrome, was there for Sid's induction too, thats truly some cool stuff.
For those who don't know Seth was legitmately Sid's real life neighbour, and Sid treated him extremely well, took him to shows, even had him manage him one time on WCW Nitro, just overall awesome nice stuff.
Inside of the hallowed halls of Madison Square Garden, Sycho Sid made the greatest entrance in Survivor Series history and would go on to win his first WWF Championship by defeating the Heartbreak Kid Shawn Michaels.
Sid Vicious deserved better fuck WWE
He has EVERY RIGHT to be pissed. Sid Vicious was the fucking man and Shawn Michaels and Shawn's bag carrier could never lace Sid's boots.
Sid was SO OVER that he got the fans to turn on Hulk Hogan and Shawn Michaels IN MADISON SQUARE GARDEN!
He was over no matter WHERE HE WAS! WWE, WCW and ECW
SID headlined 2 Wrestlemanias and was a big part of wwe for 7 years or so. He was big enough in WWE to deserve better.
Sid should have been inducted when he was alive. Why not have someone like Booker T (Sid brought Harlem Heat to WCW) talk about Sid for a few minutes and let everyone know the type of guy he was?
They let Rodman mumble on about God knows what and needed to make room for Stephanie McMahon's meandering, self-aggrandising speech that went on for 40 minutes. Sorry Sid, you're just not as important to the business as the woman who was in charge of creative for the worst years of WWE.(She was involved in some of the worst dreck ever and was a rotten "authority figure" who even Vickie Guerrero outclassed. The reverence for her is baffling and I suspect it's just the result of rose-tinted nostalgia.) not to mention she destroyed Chyna's life.
Yet they don't allow the families of 2 actual wrestling legends to have their time and their moment.
Then, now and forever, the Master and Ruler of the World and the best big man in professional wrestling and fuck WWE for the complete and utter lack of respect.
