genuinely hitting me rn that geno wears his sid hat in sid’s presence. he wears it in front of sid, seemingly often. geno had merch specially made with his best friend’s name on it and he wears it, proudly, in front of that best friend. how am I supposed to react to this? how does sid react to this??? the man you’ve loved for half your life wears your name adorned on his head like a crown and you’re supposed to what, just go to work??? with the man you love who is your coworker???? insane behavior. compels me beyond belief

Dear Charlie,

I hope this letter finds you in the most expected of circumstances. Maybe one day, we could laugh together about that. But now, I live on and the days feel better. The days also feel worse. The burden I carry has only grown in mass but I somehow have found it easier to carry. Somehow easier to live, not just breathe.

Apart from that I have exams (the ones I told you about, the ones that’ll literally decide the fate of me for entirety of next year). I know you said “Trivial is but a year in one’s life” but I also remember you saying “Shouldn’t every moment grant us growth?”. It’s not that I don’t have direction but the I look upon the upward climb and lose faith myself. Hope you have a verse on that as well?

I’ve been chatting up a lot of women these days, I even befriended some to the point where they ask me to translate messages from “Guy Speak”. I, however, have still remained eluded by the perception of love. I am able to grant others the power to manifest their dreams and yet I, myself, remain unable to attain my desires. Hope is all I have.
