The participants put one arm up as a ‘pillow’ for their head. The participants put the opposite arm down as a ‘blanket’ for the side of their body. They keep their ‘pillow and blanket’ in place while they perform their side glide.

Pillow and Blanket
The participants put one arm up as a ‘pillow’ for their head. The participants put the opposite arm down as a ‘blanket’ for the side of their body. They keep their ‘pillow and blanket’ in place while they perform their side glide.
Pasta For Dinner
Ask participants what kind of pasta they want to make. Then have participants hold a noodle with their hands while gliding on their side to cook the noodles. Then add the sauce and eat their pasta.
Listen To Fish
Have participants blow bubbles to tell a secret to the fish, and then glide on side to listen to them. Ask participants what the fish told them.
Banana Song
Bananas unite Peel bananas, Peel, peel bananas Chop bananas Chop, chop bananas Mash bananas, Mash, mash bananas Eat bananas, Eat, eat bananas Go bananas, Go, go bananas!
After singing the song, have everyone put their arms together to be a banana. Get them to peel one side of their banana and glide on their side.
Superhero Transformation
Hold a hula-hoop and tell participants that it will transform them into any superhero they would like to be. Ask the participant to shout out who they want to transform in to before they glide through the hula-hoop. When they glide back, they are that character.
Hungry Crocodile
Have participants put their arms together to look like a crocodile mouth. Then have them lay on their side to perform their side glide to show that they are hungry.
Princess Transformation
Hold a hula-hoop and tell participants that it will transform them into any princess or superhero they would like to be. Ask the participant to shout out who they want to transform in to before they glide through the hula-hoop. When they glide back, they are that character.
Colours
Have participants stand against the wall. Ask them to choose a colour in their head, but not to say it aloud. The instructor calls out different colors. When the participant hears the colour they chose, they perform their glide. Note: can be used for any glide
