In Side Order, Agent 4 is an INTRUDER

Agent 4 has "back doored"/ found his way into the Tower of Order through not intended means, and due to this ends up looking distorted - he's considered an "unauthorised entity" by the Tower and his appearance/ the way he exists there reflects that. Maybe he's considered by the Tower the same type of "entity" as those black goop fish?

I don't believe Agent 4 is possessed/ manipulated/ "forced to be evil", I think he's acting of his own accord. He may view the Tower of Order's purpose/ existance as a negative thing and therefore oppose it. He was on Team Chaos after all.

Maybe prior to Side Order, Agent 4 notices that people have been dissapearing or things have been affected due to whatever is going on in the Tower of Order, so he investigates it and eventually forces his way in?

Agent 4 in Side Order Ideas

Agent 8 is in the tower "rightfully". He may feel trapped, but he was in some way subconsciously drawn to the Tower of Order, or seeked it out for a purpose. He was "invited".

Agent 4 was not.

Agent 4 is an intruder, a virus, an unauthorised hostile entity that needs to be gotten rid of. But 4 is stubborn, he keeps breaking in. He appears corrupted, but he isn't controlled or "forced to be evil", he's opposing the Tower of Order of his own free will.

I imagine 4 repeatedly trying to talk to Agent 8. They may fight, and 4 may not often get a chance to explain himself before he gets glitched/ "removed" by the Tower, but he keeps coming back. He's angry, he looks off, but the things he's saying, while they may go against 8 or the Tower's objective, are kind of making sense.
