Bearded woman (19th century). This woman suffered probably from an ormonal imbalance that caused the growth of a beard. Now is well know the cause of this kind of ormonal imbalance, then it wasn’t so women like her couldn’t live a normal life and often they would join circuses as a “sideshow freak”.
