Jake was quiet for a moment. In the violence and chaos of Rapture, he enjoyed being in Rosalind’s presence like that. A kind of calming effect she had on him, an anchor of sorts. Something tangible to stop himself from falling back into his old ways.

i love how enthusiastic you are about writing and your characters! i can tell you care a lot about the luteces and i love the amount of work you put into little bits and pieces of their lives. & i’m glad you’re a part of the fandom, you’ve been incredibly nice ever since i’ve started talking to you which is honestly such a relief since good people are hard to come by sometimes. also your art is amazing but i’ve probably said that before :)
