Hierarchy: Hell Dimensions

This is a general explanation of how the beings in the hell (and hell adjacent) layers in this sidesystem are ranked. specific positions / ranks don't matter much as everyone is treated with about the same respect either way and many cycle through the ranks throughout their life span. We're mainly posting this to clarify the terms we use in our moderator introductions. this is not accurate to many interpretations of hells' hierarchy and most of us don't really care for that. certain headmates may exist completely outside of this hierarchy.

Devils - may simply be called Gods. powerful demonic beings that were born as a god and may choose to always be a god. usually have very strict things they represent and ways of being worshipped.

Deadly Sins - hells equivalent to Young Gods (and may be called them as well). a demon turned god, or a demon that is worshipped as their own figure. have the choice of what they are worshipped for and have more creativity in what they represent and how they function

Succubi, Incubi, etc. - powerful demons that tempt others, sworn to worship and work. demons who vow to dedicate most if not all of their time to worshipping their devils. a rank that is commonly skipped or only had for a short amount of time.

Tempters / Lords - Tempters are essentially incubi / succubi in training, their main job is to bring others down a path to hell. Which mainly consists of hanging out with angels and convincing them to become a lower rank temporarily for fun. Lords are demonic protectors, like Archangels and could be a "devil on your shoulder" as well as working to defend certain humans

Demons / Imps - the most common rank in hell. either a human granted this state of being, or energy that was given a form so they could have freedom of self expression and something to believe in. very vague title and there are many ways a demon could present or be created. several devils may take the time to create demons themselves for many different reasons, including just for fun.

Half Demons - humans that have been granted some form of demonic power or a being that is half demonic and half angelic.

Fallen Angel - an angel that maintained an angelic form despite being within the hell dimensions, usually fool others into believing they're still an angel in order to rank up (either in hell or heaven). some are in limbo or on earth

True God - pure energy that was born as a god and may choose to always be a god. usually have strict things that they represent such as elements.

Young God - an angel turned god, or an angel that is worshipped as their own figure. have the choice of what they are worshipped for and have more creativity in what they represent and how they function.

Seraphim, Cherubim, Thrones, etc. - nicknamed praising angels. angels who vow to dedicate most if not all of their time to worshipping their gods. a rank that is commonly skipped or only had for a short amount of time. the majority present as "biblically accurate" angels.

Archangels - high ranking angels with specific jobs and power. usually the step taken before becoming a Young God and it is seen as inevitable. archangels will find something within themselves that is worthy of praise and start to improve themselves as a way to show others that they can be leaders and become a God that is worth their time and worship. however, this isn't always the case and many are okay with staying as angels.

Angels - the most common rank in Heaven. either a human granted a higher state of being, or energy that was given a form so they could have freedom of self expression and something to believe in. very vague title and there are many ways an angel could present or be created. several gods may take the time to create angels themselves for many different reasons, including just for fun.

Half Angels - humans that have been granted some form of angelic power or a being that is half demonic and half angelic.

Fallen Angel - typically an angel that has been forced into this position or one that willingly is in limbo or earth for whatever reason. would be considered lower than most humans.

Like everyone else here, I am a fictive of a troll, in my case..I don't think I need to repeat myself here, with mild influence from Gin Ibushi from YTTD!
