THE COLLECTIVE ARTISTS MASTERPOST
Hey there y’all, it’s your friendly neighborhood Planar Champion. Some months ago (Months! I know, I know.) I made an announcement asking for members of the Collective who made art to send me commission links, in the hopes of creating a masterpost to display them all. And they did. Below is a list of amazing people, all of whom are treasured parts of our community. Now, without further ado:
1) Beguiler ( @wearebeguiler)
- Photo-manipulation
- Accessories and RPG supplements
2) Dark Knight ( @wearedark-knight)
- Drawn art
3) Monk ( @we-are-monk)
- Drawn art
4) Pyromancer ( @we-are-pyromancer)
- Drawn art
5) Ringmaster ( @we-are-ringmaster)
- Stitchwork
6) Scribe ( @we-are-scribe)
- Calligraphy
7) Siege Engineer ( @we-are-siege-engineer)
- Drawn art
8) Warden ( @weare-warden)
- Drawn art
And that’s that! Big thanks to everyone who submitted, y’all are all great. Please check these people out, they’re all super talented and deserve the attention! If you’re in the Collective and not on this list, and you want to be, or if I’ve missed you, let me know and I’ll update it accordingly!
Thank you!

Question for the crowd!: Sieges in Tabletop
I actually played recently in a module where we had a siege encounter with some rounds of enemy waves and actions we could take after a certain event passed. There was also bonuses for if we were able to get the factions within the walls to work together rather than fight separately.
So in light of that: how do you run siege encounters? Or what questions do you have for how any of those would work? Any favorite siege encounter stories?
Titan: Don't Fuck With the Ocean
So this has been delayed, and everyone and their mother has already commented on this. We’re well past the virality mark on this topic. But whatever, I want to crack in and get this thing wrapped up anyways. For context, I study mechanical and manufacturing engineering. I’ve grown up around submarines with my dad being an engineer on US Navy subs, and I was able to ask him about this. I’ve also got a diving cert and enough experience living coastal to at least get me a knowledgeable respect for the ocean. Being 60 ft under should instill that, at least.
Only scratching the surface on this, but I guessed something felt wrong about the chassis choice. Will dig more into it soon
Bobby Broccoli has great in-depth work on engineering and scientific history. This video in specific is ~ 2hr 30 min, but it exists in 3 parts if you need that divided over time, rather than as say a long-form podcast documentary to listen to while working. Though the editing and graphics on this are fantastic for organizing information. Give it a view! TLDR: Remember every single group project you did in school or even every teamwork thing from ttrpg folks you hadn't worked with before, now multiply that. Every engineering effort is the same as a group project and there is no true solo work.
