Yo! Can you share your pork chop recipe please!?
SURE THING @sierraspider!!!
First I sear the pork chops on both sides in a pan.
Then I pour in a can of mushroom soup and some milk.
Then cover the pan and on a medium low heat let it simmer for like 30-40 minutes.
They should be done at that point.
I usually add more milk into the pan after I take out the pork chops and whisk in some cornstarch to thicken the mixture to make a gravy.
Combine on a plate with the mashed potatoes of your choice (I prefer a garlicky kind) and add sweet corn.
BOOM
It's super easy to make and really really yummy
Sorry if this isn’t a really exact. This is something my mom always made for me and my brother when we were growing up. It's just something I’ve learned to do automatically over the years.
