Sif update!!

I was finally able to work on Sif for longer then an hour today, however I still did not do the 8-10 hours I planned. We had Tour of Alberta come through the city so I said "What the heck!" and I went downtown for about 3 hours before going shopping for paint and getting dinner with my mom.

ANYWAYS!

I got all of the panels for her skirt sanded to a point that I was happy with and I got the layers of primer on them. It helped take out the rest of the fin lines that I could not sand out no matter how hard I tried so I am happy with that.

I also started on her head piece! Now originally I was going to copy this exact photo

However after google searching for the 34th time, I decided I like this style better for her head piece.

Now because I am not the best at coming up with patterns, my brother did it for me. So he drew it out on the foam and cut it out, then I drew it on the worbla, cut that out, and put it all together.

Now it needs shaping, and the bottom of the middle needs to be flat. I basically need to put finishing touches on everything. I also need to do the pieces that go down the side of her face, however it is my bed time now since I work tomorrow. I will finish it up tomorrow.

Also, I am quickly learning how hot and itchy wigs are :/
