{ ☯ } Sunyu was sitting by the window with a cup of hot cacao held between his palms, sighing as he ran a hand through his dark brown hair, the strands shining under the single yellow light in the dark living room. He hated it whenever Kai goes out when being in a bad mood, not wanting to tell anyone about what's going on in his mind and just leaving home without no trace to track his whereabouts.All he wanted to do was to finally welcome his lover back home, wrapping his arms into his tall frame and taking care of him all night just to have him showing him, once again, that amazing smile which would always make the kitsune fall head over heels for the prince of hell, over and over, without getting tired of feeling as the way he does.
When he heard his name being called in the voice of his boyfriend he almost thought it was just his tired mind playing tricks on him. Obviously he was subconsciously trying to comfort himself after another long day of waiting after the demon and a lot of sleepless, lonely nights. But then he looked up from where his eyes had been focused on the asphalt below and found himself staring incredulously at Kai. He could feel his heart sinking down in relief when seeing him. It’d been almost three full days since Kai left and finally, he was there, outside of the mansion and staring back at Sunyu as he moved closer to the cold glass of the window where the boy had his nose pressed on, wide eyes boring back into the other's with worry. "...Kai?" He whispered through the glass that were separating them as Kai hold his hand up to press it on the material too. It was their little thing between those two, to share their love or comfort though a glass before embracing each other.
"What happened to you?"He knew that his boyfriend's hearing would be sharp enough to hear his words through it. It didn't take Sunyu that long either to have his hand against the window, while he was studying Kai who had his head hanging low. Widening his eyes once again, he noticed the black eye the other had, making Sunyu's heart sinking lower as he teleported outside of the house to get a hold on the older before bringing him inside as quick as he could. "Who did that to you? Come on, Kai... Stop making me worry that much about you... I don't like it and... Baby... You're hurt!"
