This is the final reminder for participants to complete your Ao3 sign-up!
Anyone who completed the google form has received an email from us with the link. We cannot do matches without a complete request and offer in the Ao3 collection from every single participant. There are guidelines and a sample template available on the collection page, and resources for finding prompt ideas have been posted here a few times in the last couple weeks.
In order to avoid delays, we will be closing Ao3 sign-ups sometime tomorrow. Anyone who has not completed the form or otherwise made an effort to communicate with a mod is subject to removal from the event.
That being said, if you have decided that you no longer want to participate for any reason, just send us an email and we will take your name off the list, no stigma no consequences. We can also, to the best of our ability, work with you to provide accommodations if that's what you need to participate. Our inbox is always open.
