also, pornhub's company has a policy that means any art posted on a website if theirs, they automatically own it.

Is this 100% confirmed? Because the same thing was said about deviantart, tapastic, tumblr, and many other sites. And while tumblr put the notice that it’s only for the site being able to function when people started to panic, I don’t think other sites explain it that explicitly but it’s pretty much the same situation. You give the right to display your images, to use it for advertisment and so on but no one really owns your art on social media. Is it really different in this case or is it just another panic at the social media terms and conditions disco?
