I have this headcannon bout Percy Weasley that henever he walks, its silent. Like REALLY silently and that's one of the reasons McGonagall made him prefect. Also whenever students sneak around, I hink they relay on their hearing sense so when they hear someone's footsteps, they go the other way and escape being caught past curfew. Except when it comes to Percy when he's on his prefect patrols, I imagine the interaction like this.

Random Student: (Sneaking around Hogwarts) "I'm lucky I managed to escape Snape-"

Percy: (Right behind them) "It's past your curfew."

Random student: (Absolutely fucking terrified because they didn't hear Percy approach them.) "WHAT THE FUCK!?"

Oh and Peeves definitely love watching it happen.

As someone struggling to focus while working or studying, I find silent walking videos to be a pleasant distraction to keep me “in the zone” when I am trying to be productive. As my partner and I travel around a lot, we have decided to contribute to the community of silent walking videos on YouTube and create a silent walking channel.

Our latest video is a bit different: we took a morning walk through one of the most polluted capitals in Europe (Skopje, North Macedonia). Through our video you can for a moment experience the daily life in winter of the residents of the city, and get a glimpse in how different our world could be if we don’t change our lifestyle in the next couple years.

Ambient Walking Videos

Hey there! As some of you may know, my partner and I have started an Ambient Walking Channel on YouTube.

What does this mean? Whenever we go for walks in new places, or our own city, we record our walks and share them on our YouTube channel. We also record our interactions with stray animals, and post them mostly as short form content (but sometimes also long). We both find such content to be deeply relaxing and often use it when working or trying to fall asleep.

As we are still starting out, we don’t have a big following, and YouTube’s algorithm seems to show our videos to the wrong audience. So if you would be into such content we would deeply appreciate it if you would check out our channel and potentially subscribe.
