Giga forms basically seems to have killed the 3rd stage for a lot of new pokemon and that makes me really sad since we all know Gamefreak's just gonna drop those forms by gen 9
Exactly! :( I’d much rather have actual final forms for these pokemon than just flavor-of-the-day gimmick powerups that are going to be left in the dust next title and leave the actual pokemon line feel lacking. I know I’m fixated on G-Flapple/Appletun, but that is an actual new pokemon in itself, not a modification or exaggeration of its base forms. Even Alcreamie, whose G-max would also be better off as an evolution, doesn’t change its design as drastically.

yeah?? I get the feeling that DDC is one of the few games where almost everyone agrees it has good music... to varying degrees ofc, some ppl liked it more than others, but I don’t think I’ve ever read bad reviews of it or anyone call it boring or bland? the tracks are very harmonious when played one after the other, the mood never breaks at any point in the game... and it culminates with little princess which is just so powerful and AMAZING. ZUN.... his mind
