So she's a dentist, but like no one of her species (idk taxonomy terms and i dont wanna learn rn, but it's called Morpho Mata) (basic ass fucking species name I KNOW) has teeth, she could work on their jaws and mouth, but she likes teeth so she is also a vet. (also a process similar to crabification happened to her species but they don't know that they are different in terms of species)
she's vemonous, her sting (it's not a bite, it from the legs near her mouth that produce the vemon) is painful and causes tissue death and itching not a fun experience doesn't help that the forcipules are like twice the size of a human hand (not dealing with calulating anything rn)
her ultimate leg (the blue one at the back) was wounded after a nasty fight with a predator when she was still learning with her parent how to track down decaying food and hunting
she has lived for a 180 years (can live up to 300 years) now and bascially traveled the world like 300 times or whatever for her job and shes like "huh whenever I look at records of other planet's dentistry, Earth has next to nothing!" and went off to study space travel and yadda yadda just to go to earth, however spaceships that she can ride that go around the speed of light or faster would kill her and they are still making new ones so she waits a bit until then
during this she tried to study as much as she can about earth (very little info since galaxies away) she ended up learning hindi, urdu, and arabic, and some english and mandarin chinese since she learned those was a common language (guess where she was wanting to land too bad girl america time)
bullshit happens and miss power (before the Rise of Miss Power) has her hands on the only spaceship that can go faster than the speed of light and would only allow those who would work for her to ride it, doctor comes up with the amazing idea to trick her while traveling the ship
so she gets on the ship along with a search robot with no name (Morpho Matas dont name their robots) and leave, she travels like really close to earth (at this point a three year travel/inside the solar system) and puts the ship next to an asteriod, goes outside the ship destroys part of the asteriod and the ship and goes back inside to hook up the robot so she doesn't freeze to death in space while not powering on the ship so Miss Power knows she's alive
she ends up starving during all of this (shes a decomposer) there was very little food + she had to wait for it to rot which wasn't easy in space, she ended up a white color due to the little light + food (morpho matas changes colors depending on enviroment and diet) she was in pretty rough shape (she can survive ten years without food but still not fun)
fun fact she has diaries, most of them were when she was living on her planet, but she made new ones for the space travel and one for being on earth
so she ends up in america, specially in Fair City and she stays in the forest to research the surronding enviroment, but the next day Silver ( @your-pal-nebula's oc) went up to her and gave her creepypasta fanfiction; which was the first ever human writing she ever read
she ends up following silver to fair city and goes through it (imagine the i told you man the devil scene in smiling friends) uhh im not really sure about what happens in her first days on earth, but that robot gets named Moby (because the whole situation reminded whoever named rot of moby dick + when my friend suggested that i thought she was talking about moby from tim and moby) and then dies or does nothing because i didnt know what to do with em but couldnt scrap xyr either
she ends up breaking into peoples houses to eat their moldy foods with the occasion dead deer
during this time y.news ( @0verseer-o9's oc) starts talking to her and ends up spreading misinformantion about teeth for like a week waiting to see when she would realize, and when doctor did find out she gets mad and chases them but stops because chasing y.news isnt the best when you are large and in a city and also knowing that she was tricked and that she really can't change anything about that
she falls in love with the planet earth because of the fact that the show likes turning tropes onto its head (this time with the alien and conquering earth/hating the planet) and i wanted to do that with doctor and earth itself and also i think its amazing. everyone has to deal with her describing the planet in the most romantic ways, she has a room in her spaceship just filled to the brim with earth stuff, when she gets a proper home, she makes her entire house earth themed, posters are everywhere. in her diary she describes the earth a lot and would not stop writing about it, everyone is tired of her ass
people decided to give her a home outside of a really badly broken spaceship idk much about how this place would look since this is more recent lore,.
she is solitary, so having to interact with a really social species isnt going well, she sounds like shes threatening everyone and just generally awkward unless if she's being taught, teaching, or talking about dentistry and the earth, is quite the prankster !
during her first few months she forced herself to interact with others and as a result she ended up basing herself off of whoever she talked to/what they tell her to be!
she also doesn't like to be forgotten (part of the reason that she came here + her dramatic way of doing so) and will do whatever she can to be in the spotlight, this was especially common during the first few months
Morpho Matas do not have a concept similar to human genders at all, some reporter asked her what her gender was, she was confused, wordgirl comes in and explains and she goes "woman" and leaves it at that
also her name doesnt translate to Doctor or anything like that, just due to the fact that her name cannot be pronounced by a human at all she just took the word doctor (it is a nice word)
her favorite word is thrilling
lowkey i do not have much lore on her as of now, most of my daydreams of her are just of the same things over and over, alsoo i dont mind seeing how ur oc would interact with heeerrr regardless if they are a wordgirl oc or not👀
