“What.  .  . Are you made’a metal or somethin’ weird like that?” Science was beyond her, but the crew’s second-in-command made sure that she knew something. He wasn’t the greatest teacher considering he rarely spoke, but she understood now what a conductor was. “You’re just gonna sit here until the storm passes? You’ll be stuck for hours by the looks of it.”

“I.  .  . love it! You look breathtaking!” In fact, he was struggling to breathe as he stood there and admired her. The choice in color was understandably limited when they were desperate for disguises, but he approved of them. The blue and white complimented her silvery hair, and he was vaguely reminded of cool waters and how they would foam along the shore.

Hand on his chest, he was too stunned to take the clothes she offered him. “I could stand here and look at you forever!”

The frail teen falls silent to contemplate her words. He tries to find any kind of personal relation to her answer, finding only similarities in the first part; being forced to commit bad crimes lest he suffers punishment. Ah, now the subject was on him. He raises a hand to scratch the back of his head, chopped and uneven strands of hair moved in all sorts of directions from the movement. 

❝ M-Me? Well I-I’m actually... n-not much of a fighter, y-ya know? But... I am looking for my o-older brother, s-so, I’ve been doing w-what I can to track him down. ❞

“Oi, Nix-chan. Could you come here for a second?” He motioned her over and gestured vaguely towards the saw propped against his shoulder. It was looking a little worse for ware, not to mention that it was a little small for the rest of the Sea King he was looking to portion out. He had managed to skin the beast, but doing any more work on it would require a better blade. “I hate to ask you, love, but I might need your help with this. Would it be too much to ask for a better saw?”

questions best asked for those who portray canon characters, and for those who’d like to get to know the author behind said canons better.

Not write per say but maybe bring back for this one. I loved writing as Katakuri Charlotte back in the day but I got in a deep insecure spot for his writing and characterization that I deleted his blog.

I'd write Corazon but I really didn't watch too much of Dressrosa and sadly I can't really get into an imaginative headspace once the character has passed away. That's also one reason why I could never write Portgas D. Ace even though I really liked the guy during the Marineford arc. Same with Monet, as she is also dead.

I've always had a soft spot for Law but with the sheer number of great awesome people writing him, I know I couldn't bring him justice. Same with writing Nami as well. I guess I tend to pick characters that most don't seem to want to write because they are more secondary characters than main ones.

“Oh my! You look so exhausted!” Kiku bites her lower lip in concern, wooden tray held close to her chest. “Can I get you something to help you recharge? Maybe some tea? Or something else to drink? Perhaps some food? It will be on the house! From me!”

Here she comes! Running straight for Sanji to give him the tight hug he deserves. He would be peppered with loving kisses afterwards as well. What better welcome back could there be?

All of the kisses she left scattered across his face eventually pooled warm in his heart, compelling him to wrap both arms around her waist and yank her up into a full-on kiss, lips pressing hard to hers.

“I missed you, my heart.” He purred soft against her smile and hoped that every force in every universe would let her stay with him a little longer than last time.
