Your 12 Days of Christmas stories are so sweet! I've loved all of them!! They're helping me get through a hellish weekend at my retail job.
Oh my God. You deserve an award for working retail during the holidays. D: I’ve been there... it sucks.

Upcoming Series
Hey all! I know it's been a while. I'm trying to come back, cause I really miss writing. If anyone has some drabble/one-shot ideas, please share them!
In other news, my new career path has inspired a very fluffy Castiel series. I only have an outline written so far. But hopefully soon, I'll be able to post something solid! I think y'all Cas fans are gonna like it!
Hey there! I'm not much of a Dean girl. But I just read Forward and.... wow. That was so heart wrenchingly good!!! Well done!!
I’m so glad you liked it!! And thanks for reading even though you’re “not much of a Dean girl.” It means a lot!
You can read the new angsty Dean one shot Forward now!
Shaving Cream - Human!CastielxReader
Pairing: Human!CastielxReader
Summary: Castiel continues his adjustment to being a human.
Warnings: Absolutely none! Just fluff. Pure unadulterated fluff.
Word Count: 525
Author’s Note: My husband is one of my biggest inspirations. He totally is Human!Cas. So, this is based on absolutely true events. I’ll let you read it to see what happened.
He had been human for three weeks, and Castiel was still adjusting. Dean attempted to push him out of the nest, so to speak, though you refused to hear of it. After a long-winded yelling match, you convinced the older brother to allow Castiel to stay. After all, the now-former angel was your long-time boyfriend of three years and counting. Letting Dean turn him out into the cold was simply out of the question. All of you had long ago agreed that the Bunker was your home. Why should Dean have any say in who lived there and who didn’t?
That was neither here nor there.
You were getting ready for the day. Though, that wasn’t saying much. The four of you were planning to spend the majority of your time in the library, brushing up on your research. Passing by the bathroom of your room, you glanced in to see Castiel leaning forward over the sink and peering into the mirror. Though, that was not what caught your attention. Instead your gaze was drawn to his perfectly grab-able ass.
He was so focused on his morning task, that he was unprepared for the slap you gave to his backside. He whirled around quickly to face you.
“Good morning, babe!” you smirked up at him, highly amused at the layer of shaving cream smeared across his face.
Castiel grinned.
“Good morning, Y/N,” he replied.
“Shaving day, huh?” you pouted.
“The scruff was growing far too itchy,” he shrugged.
“Bummer… I would’ve liked a kiss before you shaved, at least,” you sighed, upset that he would have the nerve to shave before letting you kiss the scraggliness on his cheeks goodbye.
“Oh really?” he arched an eyebrow at you.
Even as an angel, you’d learned to recognize the occasional playful glint in his eyes. Now as a human, it was far more pronounced. You could tell what he was about to do before you could stop him.
“Wait! No, Cas!” you tried to back away before he could get ahold of you. His large hands held your arms firmly, and he pinned you against the wall. You were doomed.
“Cas! Stop!” you begged. Held fast, you were stuck. His face was fast approaching yours, and though you turned your head this way and that, it was useless. He caught your lips, and gave a long exaggerated smack. Yelling into his mouth, he pulled away, grinning wildly.
He let you go, and turned back to the mirror to continue with the task he had yet to complete. Leaning against the wall, you stared at him in utter disbelief.
“Did- did you really just do that?” you wiped at the beard of shaving cream he left on your face.
“I sure did,” he stated, stroking the razor down his cheek.
“You’re such a jerk!” you gave him a punch in the arm as you reached for the towel on the hook next to him.
“I love you, too, honeybee,” he smirked at you in the mirror.
You threw the towel at the back of his head, walking away while sticking your tongue out at him.
You’d all been poring over lore books and old newspaper articles for at least three days now. Stuck in a dingy motel room, somewhere in rural Arkansas, there was a creature out there nearby causing problems. Even moreso, none of you were able to figure out what this creature was. It would show up on a cycle every thirteen years. Fitting, you had all agreed, as your luck did not seem to be on your side.
You were left alone for a few hours while the boys went out to interview witnesses. Time ticked away, and you hadn’t realized that evening was beginning to fall when they returned.
Dean plopped in the chair next to you, but not before placing a large coffee in front of you.
“You’re a lifesaver!” you exclaimed as you took your first swig of life-restoring elixir.
“Sweetheart, don’t I know it?” he grinned.
~~~
A/N Okay. This might’ve gotten away with me just a little. Life-restoring elixir. Well... Y’know, that’s not at all far from the truth. *Sips coffee*
