@silveredscion liked for a dolled up Cloud
Andrea’s down a dancer and damn, does Cloud hate dancing - but the man had practically begged and Cloud found himself grumbling under his breath about it but eventually agreeing. It isn’t a long performance, thankfully, and soon Cloud is away from the stage and heading straight for the bar to get a drink.
It’s a little easier to be at ease here, no one knows who he is save for a select people, and he’s okay to be like this, to be himself. He’s okay to be someone else for the night, to be carefree, something that he doesn’t get often.
The only downside is the amount of people that CAT CALL HIM. The amount of people who try to flirt with him because they see a pretty thing and decide they want to try and get in his pants. It doesn’t work, it never does, he’s not interested.
But they’re nearly relentless and he’s HAD ENOUGH. As soon as someone comes up to him, he doesn’t even look - doesn’t even think they’re only at the bar to get a drink. “Flirt with me again and I’ll cut - “
He cuts himself off when he glances out of the corner of his eyes and sees a familiar face. Leslie. He’s not surprised to see him here, the Honeybee Inn seems to be one of the local hang outs and places to relax at.
So, Cloud knocks back the drink he’s taking - downing it all in one go. Annoyance simmers down with the burn of the drink. “Sorry, thought you were one of those assholes who don’t know when to quit.”
