quite honestly the best and only ship i care about regarding silver or kreese (kreese and betsy were cute but lowkey boring)

this just makes so much sense, kreese and silver being buddies that trauma bonded during the war, silver doing anything and everything for kreese (even when he didn't explicitly ask him to), the two of them being so evil and toxic that they're perfect for each other, LOVE

me personally, i see it as a very unrequited situation. like silver likes/loves kreese A MILLION TIMES MORE than kreese even cares about silver. like he likes him a normal amount, he's a good friend, but there's just so much he cares more about in his life, and betsy dying left him so jaded, that he doesn't even consider viewing anyone like that, let alone silver of all people.

but silver, oh boy silver, he thought kreese was cute during training and deployment of course but when he saved his life, that was the straw that broke the camel's back. he was completely gone for silver from then on. and in tkk 3, when kreese unloads everything that's happened, well he can't let these two randos from the valley ruin kreese's life and get away with it. so he personally pays for kreese's vacation and uses his money to take down miyagi do (which doesn't work obvi) but he does it all bc he loves kreese but also bc he's subconsciously trying to appease him. like look! i care about you this much! don't you like me? did i do good?

and this is repeated again in cobra kai when silver comes back to cobra kai (after being convinced by kreese again, which he thought he was over him but old habits die hard). like silver slips back into that need to prove himself to kreese and when kreese pushes back, he finally decides to throw caution to the wind and do his own thing to make kreese finally notice him in a way he knows he'll understand: through cobra kai/iron dragons (very similar to demetri kicking eli's ass in the flag fight, making him pay in an area he specializes in)

so in short, yes lol I LOVE COBRA HUSBANDS bc they both suck and they both hate each other but they also love each other, it's so toxic

i think this is obvious after the last section but i generally don't like any other kreese/silver ship, especially not this one bc, idk if this is an unpopular opinion, but i don't like ships where one of them was like over 30 and the other was like 16/17 ! sue me but that feels devious ! so no, not a fan

cannot go wrong with the original recipe. johnny 100% originally thought he hated seeing daniel and ali so much bc he was still hung up on ali but likely right before or right after the all-valley, he definitely realized it was so much deeper than that and pushed that down so he didn't have to think about it until, surprise surprise, he bumps into that boy who made him question his sexuality decades later. pride of course gets in the way of everything so even though his initial thought to seeing his commercial was "holy shit how does he still look so young?" and "how does he look even handsomer than before?" the second daniel is still frustratingly smug with his "holier than thou" philosophy, johnny (being as competitive as he is) locks tf in and goes back to trying to prove larusso (and everyone else for that matter) that he can be just as successful and can have a life he's proud of. but ya know, he can't stay mad at him forever and after they work their crap out, and after daniel realizes johnny's really not that bad, they both finally accept that they like each other (this is of course done with the help/support of miguel, sam and robby)

Happy New Year, everyone! First of all.

The premiere of the second season of Squid Game reignited my love for the series. After watching both seasons in full, I started thinking about something:

A SilverRusso Squid Game AU! In this scenario, the success of the games becomes so widespread that they expand to various parts of the world. For some reason, Daniel ends up participating as a player (Player 111). Terry Silver is one of the financiers and VIP spectators of the event, and he becomes interested (and later obsessed) with Player 111 (Daniel).

His interest grows to the point where he strikes a deal with the Leader of the games to remove Daniel from that place and take him with him. 🙈
