The industry has changed... in that nobody's making a dime any more, but it's the same faces from when I got signed in 1989 that are running the show. And when you send something in, it takes just as long to get an answer back, which is like forever. So the way it runs is still the same, it's just shrunk and everybody's got their hands in more pockets now - they want two T-shirts, a pair of your underwear, and your boots, instead of just a record deal.
