Ask the mun about vidya games
8: Best soundtrack?
//Uhhhh... Shit. I’ve played a lot of games with amazing soundtracks. Kingdom Hearts always has amazing music, for one. But Tales of Berseria has one of my favorite gaming soundtracks ever. Can I just say it’s a tie between those two?
A Tales game with Yoko Shimomura doing the music, tho... Holy shit, can you imagine??
9: A game you turn your volume off every time you play it?
Usually when I’m playing Pokemon, I always have some other music or a podcast or something playing in the background. So I’ll go with that.
11: Hardest game you've played?
Believe it or not, Tales of Symphonia gave me hell my first playthrough. Got through the finale by the skin of my teeth. I was shit at Tales games at the time.
Currently, I’ve been playing Super Robot Wars Alpha Gaiden. Enjoying it, but it’s also been kicking my ass from time to time. RNGs have historically hated me.
19: Which game do you think deserves a revival?
*Slides $20 to Game Freak* Sinnoh remakes?
Also slides another $20 to Bamco for a Vesperia PS3 port. Please.

A quick warning. These views may be unpopular, or controversial, but they are subjective.
1. On formatting.
I mean, it can be nice? I guess....Honestly most of the time It just looks unnecessary tbh.
2. On OCs.
The only real difference between OCs and canon characters is that you have to make up OCs. That....Doesn’t sound like Alot but it really is. Because you have to come up with how they fit into whatever world they are apart of and I don’t really think alot of people realize how hard that is. Once you got that down, also long as you have enough passion, it will show in your writing! Just like canon characters, it all comes down to passion and and care.
3. On smut.
I some times....forget that.....Like...People like stuff like that? Not in a negative way just.....I forget people like NSFW stuff in general. To give you an idea in one server I’m in people deemed I was so pure they gave me the role ‘Anti-Thot’ So....Yeah.....PS I am a legal Adult, I’m almost 21. I’m not a minor.

Other than the stuff I’ve gone over before like hard to read small fonts and un-navigatable themes I don’t tend to have any.
I’m pretty chill(or I’m always too tired to give a shit - pick your poison on that one) in that sense.

Sitting on a bench in Inokashira Park, the young man concentrates on his sketchbook in his lap. His ebony pencil would scratch the top of the paper in various shapes and curved likes that seemed to only make sense to the artist.

Send ‘🌃’ or ‘Nightmare’ to wake my muse from a nightmare they would have woken up screaming to otherwise.

Ai sat up in a cold sweat as she looked around her surroundings trying to calm down her erratic breathing. That’s right she must have fallen asleep in the classroom and tried to shake the memory of the nightmare she had just woken up from. Her gaze fell on someone in room next to her and she frowned at them.
“What was so important that you just had to wake me?”
Whenever I listen to certain tracks from KH3D, specifically the remixed ones from previous games, I feel like they're just redone in the style of another theme from another game like Hand to Hand being Hand in Hand in Scherzo di Notte's style. Do you think there's something to this?
A little bit of it was that half of that soundtrack was done by people that weren’t Shimomura (namely: Takeharu Ishimoto and Tsuyoshi Sekito) and they were trying to replicate her style, but with mixed results. Specifically, I do like the new interpretations of Dark Impetus (L’Impeto Oscurito) and Darkness of the Unknown (L'Oscurita dell'Ignot). A bunch of other tracks are just reworkings of previous tracks (Xigbar is just a cello Organization XIII, and Hand to Hand is Hand in Hand in Waltz time). The ones by Shimomura at least sound connected to the OSTs of the previous games (Deep Drop is linked to Destati, Sacred Distance is linked to Sacred Moon)DDD’s OST was weird because it had so few connections to previous games. Lots of new and world-specific themes–I’m surprised the return to The Grid didn’t reference Space Paranoids whatsoever, but Ishimoto and Sekito are credited as doing them >:(
