completely agree with you. i think people (especially on the internet) forget than no matter how much you've learned about a public figure, at the end of the day, you do not know them personally. all we have is our perceived image of them based on what they allow us to see. parasocial relationship! it's important to mentally set those boundaries as a fan and have a healthy perspective of our faves!
Exactly. I think people especially with the rise of social media think they know more about people than they do, but a lot of it is carefully curated content that is deemed acceptable for the public. Healthy boundaries are important. Everyone deserves a private life and fans don’t need to know everything (and won’t).
