Peter tilts his head as he looks at the invitation that was in his P.O.Box.

There wasn't a stamp on it. Solid black paper with metallic sky blue ink with his full name spelled out.

He glanced around to see if anyone else was at the building mails boxes, seeing himself alone he decided to go ahead and open it.

Huh.

He was drafted by the city. It seems that the SIM and the Winter Soldier were once again looking for either of their mates. An odd Alpha pair but both seeking an Omega to claim for their own and probably to share. One doesn't say no to SIM.

It isn't well known that Peter was an omega. Sure he is registered, but he isn't typical. Too nerdy, smart, sassy.

He has miss the last 4 "drafts" he debated about moving. But he had a feeling in his gut that it wouldn't be a good idea.

Not even him being Spiderman is going to get him out of this.

You got me there, those are my oldest and hardest. Heart of the Ocean was almost finished but from one laptop to the other I lost the data and yeah... sorry sorry.

SIM Tony lays around just as long. Its only a snippet so far but I always wanted to do something with it. I post it below. Thanks for the ask! 💜

SIM Tony (WIP)

Peter’s panting breath mixed with the sound of the rain when he swung himself down into the alley. He couldn’t be seen between the rooftops, he had to keep a low profile. He mustn't find him again!

The young hero landed on the dirty ground and immediately hid in the shadows close to the brick wall, his jeans scraping on the concrete. There he held his breath and listened.

Nothing.

Just the sound of the rain.

But aside from the lack of jet boots and repulsor rays there wasn't much else to hear. Strange for a city as big as New York. Peter's eyes strayed over the wet concrete of the alley out to the main street. It was quiet. Too quiet, even for the middle of the night. No cars, no people hurrying along on the streets to get out of the rain.

It was the most forceful reminder that this was Queens, but not Peter’s Queens. He looked up at the building's wall. The windows were dark, the curtains drawn, the lights dimmed or shut off. The people stayed at home, keeping their doors locked. Frightened.

This was New York, but it wasn't the New York Peter knew. It was a dark mirror, the same, and still different, reflected in a distorted kind of way.

It was how he wanted his city to be.

The Superior.

Peter came here to find him.

Well, not him.

Tony.

Tony Stark who’d been ripped from his world way too early, a senseless sacrifice against Thanos. Earth’s greatest hero and defender had died, surrounded by superheroes who could have aided him. Would have aided him. Hell, Peter himself had had a higher chance to survive the stones than Tony. But the man had given his life to save them all.

And it had been…

It had been…

So unfair!

So damn unfair and pointless and devastating.

Then the multiverses. At the beginning a cruel joke in the form of Quentin Beck and his goons. But then… reality.

A way to find him.

To bring him back!

Peter hadn’t hesitated a single moment. He jumped into the multiverse, knowing that his heart would guide him to a reality where Tony was alive and where he was lonely and devoid of friends and family.

Where he would be glad to be invited into a loving home.

Yeah that had worked out great.

Peter had found him.

But this Tony was alone because he trusted nobody and got rid of everybody who could cross him.

He was Tony Stark. At least all that was him without the gentleness and the heart of gold. A cold mind, sharp as a razor, unhindered by moral or remorse. A Tony Stark who'd never bothered to sell weapons but held them to the world's throat.

Peter shuddered when he remembered the icy stare. The man on his throne in the highest floor of Stark tower had stared at him as if he was fascinating. Like some sort of dog who performed an unexpected feat. As if deciding if the young man in front of him was a bug to be crushed or a pet to be taken in.

The superior had listened to his tale from another reality. Intrigued.

Peter got behind it pretty fast that this man had not much in common with the man he loved looked for. And then all he could do was run. Trying to escape the black vortex that was this version of Tony Stark! Who pulled him in closer and closer the more he stayed in his vicinity. Run as fast and as far as he could.

Peter crouched low by the wall while he moved forward, trying to stay out of the all-seeing drones that patrolled the streets. He had to find a way back to the lab where the superior kept his jumping gear. Had to find a way back into his own reality. This wasn't what he'd been looking for!

A strange sensation rose, nothing more as a silver pin dropping to a stone floor in a fast room.

Peter stopped dead. The hairs on his body stood on their ends.

Slowly he looked over his shoulder and there… in the darkest part of the shadow… a silvery shine glowed. Cold crept up his body when he turned to face the vision who emerged from the darkness like stepping out of a nightmare. The beloved face, but cold as metal, the silver armor engulfing the body, making him a statue of himself as a God.

"Did you enjoy your stroll, little spider?" the superior asked with his velvet voice. "Did you enjoy my city?"

Peter crept back. He was only a few blocks from the place he had to reach but he knew it was too far, he was too late. He was caught in the web of a far greater spider!

Tony looked forward to seeing the little spider again. He's so much more interesting than any of the other 'heroes' he fought. And he'd been able to put up a decent fight. No other hero he had fought had been able to put up as much resistance their first time. But young Parker had. He'd even manage to land a few decent hits on Tony. It may have been their first fight together but Tony anticipated many more. The spider definitely had potential.

Maybe enough that he'd be worth Tony putting some effort into turning to his side. After all he was in the market for a consort.

peter sees the signs before anyone else, finds his mentor's hidden projects all tagged 'SUPERIOR' and sees where it's leading. peter doesnt know who to go to, who would believe some 15 yr old kid who claims that tony stark, the world's hero, is planning to seize more power than any one person should have? peter has no choice but to take matters into his own hands. but spider-man is no match for iron man, especially when tony could simply disable the suit he made for him or even use it against him.

so instead, peter seduces his mentor, collects damning evidence of them together, and makes sure it gets to the authorities and the public before tony has enough control of the media and government to bury the scandal and escape a hefty prison sentence.

peter succeeded in preventing the superior's rise, betrayed him before tony could betray everyone.

but, now that he has, there's no moving on; despite his betrayal, peter's feelings weren't a lie. every now and then, peter visits his old mentor, his old lover, pleads for understanding, for forgiveness, for anything. tony simply stares, unresponsive, calculating and scheming.
