Priorities for new moms:

Take care of you baby at all times. I they're happy, set them down for their nap and then you have about a half our to take care of yourself.

If baby is letting you take some time for yourself, work out at home or light jogging helps with that extra baby weight

Coo at baby and be amazed how cute they are 💕
