Her two siblings, Ana and Lucas, when she was a teenager she used to miss a lot of school because she had to look after them as they couldn't get a babysitter, she also started a part-time job so she wouldn't be dependent on them. It's not that she had a bad relationship with her parents, but they made her carry a lot of responsibilities without realising it, she would give everything for her siblings even if it meant leaving her dreams behind, which she did

I would say her ex best friend, he confessed his feelings to her and Sofia, without really knowing how she felt about it, in an attempt to feel ‘normal’ and not complicate things, told him that their feelings were mutual, although deep in her heart she knew it wasn't true. The reality was that, as much as she loved him, she had never felt that attraction towards him in the same way, she fooled herself by pretending a version of herself that she wasn't, she didn't want to complicate things but she did lol, she felt like shit for lying to him, he really didn't deserve that
