McClude Residence, the Next Day
Corina: What did you do?
Eliyana: How was I supposed to know? Why are you so freaked out about this?
Corina: Because my daughter, my MINOR daughter has her face spread out all across the internet for everyone to see. What if…
Eliyana: What if what?
Corina: What if a college recruitment official sees that? Hmm? And hurts your chances of going to university?
Eliyana: I have the grades to get in, and besides, I’m only just a freshman. But I think college isn’t what you're concerned about.
Corina: What if your family sees it?
Eliyana: Who? You? Elaine? You’ve already seen it.
Corina: Not my family. Your father and his family?
Eliyana: Why is that such a big deal? We haven’t seen them since we were babies. I can barely remember Father. What was he like?
Corina: He was a pain in my ass. We’re better off without him.
Eliyana: Why won’t you tell me his name? Or something about him that’s not negative every time?
Corina: Because there’s nothing positive to say about him. You don’t need his name either.
Eliyana: Just one thing? Please?
Corina: You have his eyes.
