—BEHIND THE SCENES—

Nylah Anderson’s House, 2:35 p.m.

Kate’s friend from Uni, Nylah Anderson, agrees to help dig for evidence about who the anonymous source “S” is. As a STEM major and skilled hacker, there’s virtually nothing Nylah can’t crack. Kate and her friend Amanda, as well as Mary, come together to figure out the identity of “S”. . .

Kate: Who could’ve done this?

Amanda: The question isn’t so much as to who, but why. We need to know their motive for slandering Edward and ruining his reputation.

Mary: Edward has his fair share of enemies, mostly because of his mother and father’s involvement in the war and because of his ties as the old Crown Prince of Burgundy. 

Nylah: It’s possible you’re thinking too broadly, Your Royal Highness. This doesn’t seem like a foreign attack. This seems like somebody has a personal vendetta against either you, or him.

Nylah: I hacked into Sumiko’s SimCloud account, and I’ve gained access to everything stored on her phone. She has countless pictures and videos as fake evidence. She even has the pictures the photographer took— the one who broke into your townhouse.

Kate: She’s the one who sent the paparazzi to break in, probably to get blackmail. She’s the one who sent in the photos. It’s all her. Sumiko is “S”.

Mary: She’s falsified evidence to back up her story about the affair. But why? If she hates me so much, why go after Edward?

Nylah: If you can’t strike someone directly, you hit them where it hurts the most— the people they love.

Mary: Do you have enough dirt on Sumiko to counter her false allegations?

Nylah: I have plenty. I’ll release it on all forms of social media and contact journalists and tabloid sites to have it published everywhere. Sumiko’s slandering will be front page news by tonight.

Nylah: She won’t get away with this.
