Sales have been noticeably slower this week. Indeed, the chinese providers have finally started making Raihan’s hoodie. Well it’s been good while it lasted, now I can rest a bit. XD
Hey hey! Just saying, but if you wanted one of my hoodies for Fall/Halloween, it’s time to think about placing your orders, especially if you wanted a custom hoodie! The earlier, the better! ;) It’s starting to cool a bit outside, don’t wait until it’s freezing! I will probably close the shop 2-3 weeks before Halloween when I’m booked, I’ll keep you guys updated on the exact date, but make sure you order early to avoid the rush! :O
Well Raihan IS popular so far! Thanks a lot to all my customers for their support! :D It’s not on Guzma’s level yet (the first week was SCARY for that one) but considering the price tag, it’s doing a LOT better than I expected! :O
I’m preparing a little photoset of how I make custom hoodies, with a complicated set I’m doing right now. I was asked how I make hoodies a few times, I thought I could answer more specifically! :)
In the next Pokemon hoodies, I thought of making Piers’ vest, and maybe Gou’s sweater from the new anime? I hope I can make them soon!
Aaaaand my Etsy is closed until the 26th. I didn’t get that many orders this year for the Holidays, but I hurt my hand earlier this week and it’s not getting much better so I will finish all my orders next week and then take time to recover. Pain in my arm like this is always scary for me, but I gotta stay determined!
Of course, as soon as I think I’m going to have a slow week and be able to work on prototypes, I get many custom orders a few hours later to book me up. XD I still managed to make a few recently, so I should take pictures and put them in my shop soon-ish!
Got one of those nasty reblogs on my Pride collection... the lipstick flag thing again... I’m once again disapointed in humanity and have a general feeling of anxiety and unwellness. I had a bad reaction to something I ate today too, so it doesn’t help. ^^;
The new collection is almost ready, and I know there will be some “yeah cool but lipstick still isn’t here and I’m going to be angry” reactions, or even worse, the “they included aro/intersex/whatever but not the -real- lesbian flag”. People seeking to discourse, not to support my product, and bashing other identities. I know I won’t be losing my time replying, but I know I won’t be able to evade reading them all.
... I think I need some cheering, if you guys have some to spare for me? ^^;
