They’re like shacks, like Dutch bros! But I’m pretty sure that’s pnw-specific too?? I’m pretty sure the shop pictured is not a bikini barista but I don’t like the coffee from any of those places and I knew where to find this one on the map. They used to be way more plentiful, but people like chains I guess 🤷🏼

the only thing we sell on the side of the road are roadside stands like this, but no one has to work the stand, they just leave a locked cash box and run on the honor system
