To not have a too strong one.. I would think of the one by simsl3gacies, strenght 2560. It’s not a super strong HQ mod, but you’ll definitely see a difference. While you get that one, I recommand you to request simsl3gacies “Overhaul” HQ mod.

That way, when you put your settings on just “high” it will have a mini HQ (the 2560) already, but on very high it will give you a boost to 4000, it’s perfect for photoshoots! I’ve never used 4000+ yet though.. I’m too scared to do so haha XD

Thanks for the tips senpai <333 I’m currently using Kosmo’s HQ Mod and my Sims detail is at Very High but there’s no effect ‘-’. I’ll try to see if the one you suggested will make my game look different. ^^

The said child is already a teen in my game and the queue is over a week long with, let’s say, more than one visit at the hospital :p So get yourself ready for a week of queued up baby and kid pictures :3 I’m not letting the baby’s name slip yet though, you’ll see soon enough!

do you use an action in photoshop or something? The colors really stand out and i don't know how to do that?? D:

No i don’t own photoshop, I use GIMP. I mostly follow this (http://paperfriendd.tumblr.com/post/82090985410/how-i-edit-my-pictures). The only difference is that I use slightly different colors and and I don’t sharpen anything or use the curve tool thingy, and for the duplicate layer, I usually make the percentage higher than 50% (between 70% and 100% mostly) to brighten a bit more. To make the colors stand out more I add 30 saturation after I’ve flattened the image. Then I just save and it’s ready to post :3 Hope this helped! It may seem like a long process but it really only takes a few seconds per picture once you get used to doing it!
