📍Finch Wharf House located in San Myshuno

First post of 2026! So here is another residential rental, possibly the last for a while because of that stupid unit cap (eye roll). Now I have to find other things to build!

San Myshuno will probably the most difficult of worlds to look British but where there's a will, there's a way.

Some lore behind the name, London is a land-locked city but we have the Thames! And so there are many warehouses, quite a lot was once used as fish markets, near docks etc. that are being converted to apartments - ridiculously expensive ones at that. I looked at warehouses all over the UK for design inspo but for the name there's a financial district called 'Canary Wharf' in East London, so all I did was look for a different bird and slap the word 'House' behind it because I found that so many warehouses are called 'Insert-Name-Here House'. Also, a lot of people want to live there now because of the work opportunities! (Yes, like San Myshuno - you get it! <3)

📍Finch Wharf House located in San Myshuno ; The Interiors

As promised, interior views of Finch Wharf House! I rarely ever do light interiors so I tried hard to stay consistent and I have 0 regrets!!

There are five 1-bed Apartments, two 2-bed Apartments and one 3-bed (or it might be a 4-bed?)

Flats 1 through 6 are regular apartments and Flat 7 is a penthouse loft, Flat 8 has a rooftop balcony!

I can't wait until a certain dramarama character (or characters) moves in here and I can get some gameplay screenshots of it decorated🤭

For now, there's not much else to say about this one except: that view 😍

This is Morrison Lane. I love this street! Sooo much.

This part of my Willow Creek revamp was heavily inspired by rural UK areas, I ended up creating a save and played it through Christmas time in the Sims and it just felt sooo cosy to me!

📍The Racketeer's Club located in Brindleton Bay

So I woke up and made this yesterday before even eating, I was very determined. I thought of the idea around a week or so ago and the fact that I could make a logo that fits the name perfectly... it made me very happy!!! It was a very satisfying moment.

A current restaurant WIP, not sure what food it'll serve yet (no pun intended). This dining spot is for tennis lovers! There's indoor seating, outdoor seating, indoor-indoor seating and 4 tennis courts. Two are outside, two are inside both with tables adjacent to them so simmers can eat and watch a game.

(It's a WIP because the basement court/lounge is still currently being designed) (I might actually put this one up for download, might not)
