i've grown a lot as a person whilst getting my master's degree and part of that growth has involved unlearning being externally motivated by approval from mentors and teachers, which was unsustainable and unhealthy. however simon fischer just wrote a smiley face on my music and i'm really going to miss him an awful lot so i'm letting myself mark this bittersweet graduation moment. #gradschool #simonfischer #internalmotivation
