Trisha beautiful soul gone way too soon. Missing her loads. It was 8 years ago yesterday but it still feels like it was today that I got that call. She was only 37 years old and it wasn’t fair. It’s just not fair.

A forever shout-out to my girl simons_flower, to whom many of us can legitimately give blame for our initial presence here. She is a lady we will always miss. <3
Someone to Watch Over Me by simons_flower NC17 - When Harry Potter returns after fifteen years with few explanations as to his whereabouts, Hermione Granger isn't exactly overjoyed to see him. At first.
Unexpected by simons_flower NC17 - In answer to the question: "How would Hermione deal with a more-than-slightly-tipsy Harry?"
One more for Trisha. Happy birthday Dahlink! *mwah*
So many memories. All of them came rushing at the flood gates when this song came on the radio this morning. The emotion breached the wall. Today would have been Trisha Masen's, a/k/a simons flower, 41st birthday. The one I should have been giving her a large ration about. The one she would have returned the favor in droves 6 months later. That retribution will never come. I, we, lost her suddenly in August of 2009. Today I choose to celebrate the life she lead and the gifts she gave instead of spending the day moping. She would have wanted me to bake chocolate chip cookies and watch some cheesey movie in memory of her. That is exactly what I mean to do.
Union of the Snake was an integral part of the soundtrack of our pre-teen and teen years. This video was one of the ones that lead to later proclivities and interests. Almost as much as Wild Boys did but not quite as much. I'll just let your mind guess what those are. ;) Trisha would have wanted it that way. I can hear a redheaded ghost laughing infectious laughter as I type.
