lmao so uh here’s the storytime some of yall wanted about simp boy:

~SCROLL PAST THIS if you don’t want to read my huge mess of a memorable experience~

we went out on a date last sunday! it was supposed to be on tuesday but we changed it last minute (literally the day of) because we didn’t want school and work to get in the way! and so we went!

since we changed the date to sunday the day of, you bet your girl was ✨ panicking ✨ but it’s all good because i guess i tried my best to look like a full course meal 🧐

but anyways fast forward! we decided on eating at a korean restaurant that just opened up — support local businesses period! — and the food was chef’s kisses. mayhaps i caught simp boy staring at me a couple of times but we’re just not gonna talk about it because i’m ~shy~

while eating dinner, we were talking about a lot of things but mainly how odd it was that we never really became friends earlier. and what literally had me so ✨ shook ✨ was how he told me how he regrets not trying to get close or at least be friends with me sooner because he was really shy but he’s still happy that in the end, things turned out perfectly! but the night doesn’t end there..

yes, we had a couple of drinks 😂 i’ll admit that and maybe i was a bit tipsy because your girl suddenly didn’t know how to act 😅 we decided to get ice cream after dinner and as we were waiting in line, i look down at our hands and suddenly, i just blurt out

so, you like me, don’t you? and he literally looks at me with the widest eyes ever and his eyebrows raised. a couple of seconds pass of us just looking at each other with geeky faces until he said

damn, i literally planned this all out only for you to expose me like this, am i that obvious? and i most definitely died on the inside but what matters is that we got our ice cream! and we both met each other halfway with what we are and just—

he still decided to pull through with his “plan” even though we both know what’s going on between us 💀 and so while we were walking home, we were just talking about shower thoughts — if Cinderella’s slipper fit perfectly, why did it fall off? what came first, the chicken or the egg?

we reach my place, he pulls through with his plan! confesses and officially asks me out and all that sweet stuff 🥺 i am too shy to get into detail but mayhaps i ✨ combusted ✨
