For The Sims 3. Unzip and place the .sim file directly into your SavedSims folder and it will show up in your CAS bin.

Recommend using cat eye defaults such as Burnt Waffles Nilou Onomatopeia Pet Eyes (v.1), to make the kitties look as cute as they do here.

For The Sims 3. Place .sim file directly into your SavedSims folder. Because this is a Kitten, it won’t show up if you go to the Cats category because that only allows for Adults and Elders. Stay in the main category of your sims bin and filter by Custom, and then you will see all teh kittens.
