Hi guys.
I caved and downloaded 1.69 patch to use caw again.
so here some things I have updated with Newville, I took out the warehouse on the docks, there is now 4 new lots to build houses, retextured the docks also.
fixed plants in front on that dock's also, no longer floating or in the area tbh.
added one massive lot size, for the map size it's only 512
the issue I can't fix is seeing the world edges, this would mean me making a direct custom distant terrain, I have no knowledge of this yet, though it's not that you see it apart from map view or if you're near there... painted the sea thou still doesn't hide it...
also two new lots on the smaller docks side cafe and laundromat and a meshed sign.
This does come with s a custom lighting mod within the world itself, to link back to the original post for the download of the cc within the world itself, in this download, this will replace the old version, also i've included the old Boroughsburg files incase, the ones in the final version don't work with this world.

For The Sims 3. Place .sim file directly into your SavedSims folder. Because this is a Kitten, it won’t show up if you go to the Cats category because that only allows for Adults and Elders. Stay in the main category of your sims bin and filter by Custom, and then you will see all teh kittens.

Wheat!
By far the most temperamental, yet expensive crop we have - is wheat. Used for centuries in quality bread making, baked goods, brewing, livestock, and pasta-making it's wide variety of uses secured it's place as one of the most sought after grain in trade.
It's close cousin, known as winter wheat, has been used to feed livestock over the cold seasons when grain was scarce.

These are UPDATED versions of my previous crop fields - If you have the old fields in your game, they will still work as they are separate plants, but please consider that the new fields are much lower in poly (game weight/size) than the old fields, and reworked to look better over large areas as they are fuller and circular in shape rather than an odd triangle. Please consider replacing them in your games.
These are giant fields. They are meant to fill empty space in CAW/Edit town - you can use them on lots, but as stated they are quite large so if you decide to use them as lot decoration hold onto your hat because they're gonna take up a chunk of ground.
I will be making smaller/single plants to match the fields, but it takes time so please be patient.
These are speedtree plants, so they'll "follow you" when you move around. However consider that any recolors of these plants will become a default replacement unless you make the package unique. So if you would like to recolor them to suit your current world, feel free to, but please make it it's own package so they don't override the original.
These are fairly large but have low polycount - coming in at 330 polys each. That means you can have several of these in one area without weighing down your game too much. That's a win for everyone.

Info: Converted from The Sims 2 by me.
Required: Late Night
Notes: There's not much to say about this one. It's under Entertainment/Hobbies and Skills/3500§ and works like the portable keyboard. Sitting cushion and piano itself are CASTable (though the wood texture and the engravings will stay). AroundTheSims3 also has an upright piano coming out on the 6th of May if that's more your style.
This is probably also a good time to tell you that I finally made my own website with all downloads organized ➜ JASW Creations. My content is uploaded over there first but no worries, I'll still continue to make posts here :) It's just much better organized than my tumblr!
