What if in district 13 Peeta unknowingly said false things about himself in the presence of Katniss like not knowing if he is 17 or 18, or told Katniss he is sorry for calling her a manipulator since he was faking too?

We know Katniss's reaction to Peeta saying false stuff about her to her face but what would be her reaction if he was saying false stuff about himself(her being in the room is very different then hearing about it from Haymitch)

Just like all my other answers about what Katniss would do if hijacked Peeta [insert him doing literally anything] it’s to lose her last remaining marbles.

She was offended when Plutarch and Coin insinuated that the romance was fake. She was so SAD when Peeta accused her of everything being an act in the end of the first book.

Can you actually IMAGINE if hijacked Peeta said he was pretending? She’d probably do something really awful like go and make out with Gale before throwing herself into active combat.

On a side note: how depressing is it that the only time we actually hear Peeta admit that he loves Katniss is when he’s hijacked haha so anything

The part I love most about jinyoung posting these to his instastory other than he has no idea what he’s doing is that he knows we think that and he doesn’t even care.
