As simple as any #breakfast #smooothie can be...apples and bananas added a touch of turmeric for its anti-inflammatory properties, vanilla, and cinnamon. I did also add a scoop of Olly protein (vanilla maple flavored) which I probably could’ve done without ...oops for the raw factor but it’s delish ........honest moment here: I do miss my coffee ☕️ and I’m finding bread to be the one item I miss the most. 20 days is the goal and we’re down week 1. Energy level is awesome.
