Miał ją gdzieś. Była na ostatnim miejscu jego życiowej hierarchii. Na równi z chodnikiem. Nie, na poziomie kałuży. Chyba, tak dobrze się żyje, kiedy nie liczy się nikt. Przecież przyjdzie, jeśli będzie miał ochotę. Jeśli znajdzie czas. Chyba, że ona już nie wróci.

#Repost @lumiere_tintype (@get_repost) ・・・ Embedded as a war photographer in Afghanistan, @jaredmoossy would visit with a street photographer on each trip, and have his portrait made with this box camera. The photographer would shoot portraits using a lens mounted to the side of the box, and then develop a paper negative inside the camera itself. As the Afghani government began to demand color photos for passports, these cameras fell from favor. Jared bought this one from his photographer and had it shipped back to the US, ensuring that he paid him enough to invest in a new digital camera. We were lucky enough to get it running today, and shot some portraits with it. The ingenious simplicity of the Afghan box camera was really interesting to see in action.
