I need help on something kinda simple - ish

I NEED HELP PEOPLE! How in hell do you send an autograph request?? I wanna get one from Peter Capaldi for my dad, he loved Capaldi as the Doctor and I have some what of an idea of how to request one but like do you send a picture in the envelope or have a short letter in there saying something along the lines of "Hey my dads a really big fan of yours can I have your autograph?" with no picture and the u big enough for a picture
